Kelly Klifa
Chief Executive Officer
Kelly Klifa is the co-founder and CEO of Heim Health. She brings over fifteen years of experience in health IT and digital health strategy, having previously led product initiatives at two enterprise health system vendors. Prior to founding Heim Health, Kelly held senior roles at a telehealth platform company where she oversaw clinical product development and payer contracting for a network of over 500 care providers.
Kelly holds a master's degree in Health Informatics from Northeastern University and a bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Michigan. She is a frequent speaker at HIMSS and the Digital Health Forum on topics including remote patient monitoring, RPM reimbursement strategy, and the future of value-based care technology.
Marcus Chen
Head of Clinical Technology
Marcus Chen oversees the clinical technology infrastructure at Heim Health, responsible for the architecture and reliability of the company's remote monitoring data pipeline, device integration framework, and clinical alert system. He joined Heim Health as one of its earliest engineers and has grown the clinical engineering function from a two-person team to a department of over twenty.
Before Heim Health, Marcus spent eight years building healthcare interoperability systems at a leading health information exchange organization. He is a certified HL7 FHIR developer and holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University. Marcus leads the company's open-source contributions to the clinical data standards community.
Priya Nambiar
VP of Provider Partnerships
Priya Nambiar leads Heim Health's provider relationships and enterprise sales strategy. She is responsible for building and managing the company's health system and physician group partnerships, and for ensuring that Heim Health's platform continues to meet the evolving needs of care delivery organizations at every stage of digital health maturity.
Priya has spent over a decade in healthcare enterprise sales and strategic partnerships, with previous roles at a large clinical decision support company and a regional health information technology consultancy. She holds a master's degree in Public Health from Boston University and is based in the company's Boston headquarters. Priya is actively involved in the New England Healthcare Executives community.
